Last week, I had the opportunity to participate in HEB's exciting "Kick Off Centro de Tiendas" event, where I represented one of our brands. This event brought together store associates to learn about our products firsthand and share valuable insights.
During the event, store employees visited our stands and provided us with direct feedback. It was inspiring to hear their suggestions and see firsthand how our products integrate into the customer experience. The interaction was enriching and allowed us to better understand the needs and expectations of those who are in direct contact with our consumers.
We also had the honor of hosting members of our corporate team, who also shared their impressions and recommendations. Their perspective was invaluable and will help us continue to improve and adapt our strategies.
These types of events are essential for strengthening collaboration and ensuring our brands are aligned with HEB's goals.
